4 buah tomat hijau belah empat [4 green tomatoes, each chopped into 4]<br />
2 buah belimbing wuluh potong melintang (I am in Kandahar!! blimbing wuluh tidak eksis, diganti tomat cherry yaaaa&#8230;tetep asem kok lol) [2 Sour carombola...Unfortunately in Canada this fruit is not exist...what the hell...I used Cherry Tomatoes instead]<br />
5 buah cabe merah, iris tipis menyerong [5 red chilies, chopped]<br />
2 sdm kecap manis [2 tbsp sweet soya sauce/ ketjap]<br />
500 cc santan dari ¼ buah kelapa [500 cc coconut milk]<br />
1 sdt garam [1 tsp salt]<br />

<p>Cara membuat:</p>
<p>Campur ayam/hati-ampela dengan semua bumbu, aduk hingga rata<br />
Siapkan daun pisang, masukan campuran tadi ke dalamnya<br />
Tambahkan lengkuas, salam dan serai<br />
Kukus dengan api sedang sampai masak<br />
Sajikan saat hangat</p>
<p>[Mix all together, wrap in banana leaf and steam in medium heat for 30 min. Serve with rice]</p>
<p>Ctt : kalo gak ada daun pisang, masukin aja ke panci trus dimasak dgn api kecil, dan ayamnya bs diganti daging atau jeroan (yuck!)</p>

<p><strong>Dulu waktu masih di Jogja, biasanya kalo pas pengin burjo larinya ke warung burjo pojok dekat Mirota Kampus. Bayar seribu dapat sepiring penuh. Karena kangen ya akhirnya bikin<em> deh.</em></strong></p>

<li>150 gr kacang hijau.</li>
<li>2 buah gula jawa.</li>
<li>3 batang kayu manis.</li>
<li>5 buah cengkih.</li>
<li>3 cup ketan hitam.</li>
<li>2 sdm tepung beras ketan.</li>
<li>gula</li>
<li>santan + sedikit garam</li>
</ul>
<p>Cara :</p>
<ul>
<li>Masak kacang hijau dengan air kurang lebih 1.5 liter sampai pecah lalu tambahkan gula jawa, kayu manis, dan cengkih.</li>
<li>Sebelum diangkat masukan tepung beras ketan yang sudah dicampur air dingin. Masukan ke panci, aduk, angkat. </li>
<li>Lalu masak ketan hitam ditambah gula pasir.</li>

Berikut resep yang di hasilkan oleh Mr. Bejan</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Seumur-umur juga baru kali ini bikin Pempek dan cukup sukses, memuaskan. Berkat bantuan beberapa teman yang kasih tahu bahan-bahannya, serta ahli ikan kita Mr. Awwalandanimbuhan yang mengalihbahasakan ikan Tengiri kedalam bahasa Kandahar yaitu Spanish Mackarel. Sayangnya Bejan tidak menemukan Spanish Mackarel tetapi kata Mr. Awwal tidak apa-apa, sebab ikan yang diperoleh ternyata masih sodaraan sama ikan Tengiri alias &#8220;famili scrombidae genus scomber, bukan scomberemorus kayak Tengiri&#8221; jelas ekspert perikanan ini secara mendetil. </span><span id="more-549"></span></p>

<p style="margin-left: 21.3pt; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">2.<span style="font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;"> </span>Lima ekor ikan sodara Mackarel ukuran medium. Ambil dagingnya, haluskan.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 21.3pt; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">3.<span style="font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;"> </span>Satu telur.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 21.3pt; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">4.<span style="font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;"> </span>Garam plus Bawang sesukannya, dilembutkan.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 21.3pt; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">5.<span style="font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;"> </span>Air es.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Caranya:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Semua bahan dicampur, hingga kalis, lalu dibentuk menurut mood dan perasaan  Anda. Setelah itu dimasukkan air yang sudah mendidih, masak hingga matang. Kalau pempek sudah mengapung berarti sudah matang, kalo masih tenggelam padahal sudah cukup lama, berarti lengeket dengan dasar panci Anda.  Bantulah mereka hingga mengapung <img src='http://www.infomakan.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Untuk kuahnya, tidak ada takaran pasti, yaitu: cabe makin banyak makin pedas diris,  bawang putih juga diiris, gula jawa, kalau bisa gula aren, lalu cuka, saya memakai  white vinegar, semuanya dimasak dengan air hingga mendidih . </span></p>
